January water and sewer bills issued
Water and sewer bills have been issued by email to E-Services accounts and sent by mail. The due date for this bill is January 31. If you don't receive your water and sewer bill, please contact us and we can help. Visit our Paying Your Bill page to learn more about payment options or to register for a pre-authorized payment plan.
Register for a new E-Services account
Our new online E-Services portal allows you to view, pay, and manage your water, sewer and tax bills on one easy online account. You will find detailed instructions on how to register for your E-Services account on the back of your water and sewer bill. There is a unique sign-up key and customer code that you will need to enter to create your account.
Severn Bulletin
The water billing Bulletin is a quarterly newsletter that provides important information for our community.
This Bulletin includes:
- new water and sewer rates (effective March 2025)

- how to complete a water audit
- winterizing your water meter
- winter parking restrictions
