We can’t wait to welcome our arena users, families, teams, coaches, volunteers, spectators, and community members back to the rink when the ice season opens on October 5.

From early morning practices and weekend games to tournaments, public skates, and community events, there’s lots to look forward to.

LiveBarn is available at this arena, so you can watch games and events live or catch up on demand. An active LiveBarn subscription is required. On-demand recordings may be available for up to 30 days, depending on the event and stream availability.

What is Live Barn?

LiveBarn lets subscribers watch live and on-demand games, practices and other arena activity online or through the LiveBarn app. You can find current subscription information and sign up at LiveBarn.com.

When will LiveBarn be available at the arena?

LiveBarn will be available at the Coldwater Community Centre beginning Friday, October 9. Check LiveBarn.com and search for the arena to see the available stream.

What activities will be streamed?

LiveBarn may stream games, practices and other activity on the playing surface. Whether a particular event is streamed can depend on the arena’s schedule and any restrictions requested by the event organizer.

Do I need a subscription to watch?

Yes. An active LiveBarn subscription is required to watch live or on-demand video. Subscription plans and current prices are listed on LiveBarn’s pricing page. A subscription provides access to participating LiveBarn venues; it is not limited to one arena.

How do I watch a game?

Visit LiveBarn.com or use the LiveBarn app, sign in to your account and search for Coldwater Arena. Choose the playing surface and select the live stream or an available recording. LiveBarn has apps for iOS and Android, as well as Apple TV.

Can I watch a game after it ends?

Yes. On-demand recordings are generally available for 30 days after the original broadcast. After that, they are removed and cannot be restored.

Will every game or event be available?

Not necessarily. Availability may depend on the arena’s schedule, event arrangements, broadcast restrictions or technical issues. Contact the event organizer or arena staff if you have a question about a specific event.

Can an event be kept private?

The arena can manage scheduling and broadcast controls. If your group has a reason to request a private session, contact arena staff as early as possible. Staff can confirm whether the request can be accommodated and explain how it will work.

What does the camera record?

The camera is designed to capture the playing surface. People within its field of view may appear in the stream or recording. Camera placement and the view can vary by facility. LiveBarn’s Privacy Policy explains how LiveBarn handles information collected through venue cameras.

What if the stream is not working or a recording is missing?

For technical problems, use the Report an Issue option in the LiveBarn video player or contact LiveBarn through its Help Centre. To ask whether a game was recorded, LiveBarn may ask for the venue, playing surface, date and time.

What if I don’t want myself or my child to appear on LiveBarn?

LiveBarn’s camera captures a wide view of the playing surface, so an individual cannot be removed from the stream. Please contact your team or organization to discuss your concern.

Any restriction would apply to the whole session, not just one person. A private session still records the activity but protects access with a PIN. To prevent the session from being streamed or recorded, an authorized representative of your group can request a blackout at least five business days in advance.

I'm an organizer. How can request a private session or blackout?

Requests are reviewed by Township staff. A request is not approved until the Township confirms it with the organizer.

Requests must be submitted at least five business days before the event. Late requests may not be processed in time.
