Important Billing Notice
Account numbers were changed in 2024 as we upgraded to a new financial system. If you pay your water/sewer bill or your tax bill at your bank, whether in person, using online apps, or at a bank machine, please update your account numbers. The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has declared a nationwide strike. Please remember, even during mail disruptions, all penalties, interest, or fines remain in effect. We are unable to make exceptions for late payments. You can easily view and manage your water, sewer, and tax bill payments through our eServices platform at: eservices.severn.ca. Water and wastewater (sewer) bills were issued to customers in March with a payment due date of April 30. This first bill of the year reflects the 2025 water and wastewater user rates.
Street sweeping will start April 28 and continue through the months of April and May, weather permitting. If the weather changes and causes sweeping delays, crews will return to any areas that may not have been serviced.
Division Road West has reopened to traffic as of Wednesday, April 16 at 4:00 p.m.

Township of Severn has cancelled the State of Emergency declaration as of Friday, April 11. The State of Emergency was initially declared on Wednesday, April 2, at 4:30 p.m. under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act as a result of the severe impacts of the ice storm and forecasted weather.
