Job description
This role will be required to work with the Fire Department Team performing various assignments.
Responsibilities will include:
- assisting with:
- digitalization of records
- data implementation in the new fire department software
- creating inventory lists for compartments on the fire apparatus
- emergency plan updates
- other duties as assigned that would relate to this position
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a post secondary institution
- possess strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- have the ability to effectively multitask
- demonstrate good time management skills, punctuality, and reliability
- comply with all occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, policies and procedures
- maintain confidentiality
