Notice of holiday office closure

Our Administration Office (1024 Hurlwood Lane, Severn) will close at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24, for the holiday season. The office will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

You can visit our Administration Office this week (December 17, 18, and 19) and next week on Monday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 23, during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.), or until noon on December 24 for in-person service.

Please be aware that requests for building inspections, non-emergency services, and voicemails left during the closure will be processed in the order they were received starting January 5, 2026, and will be addressed as promptly as possible.

Our staff will start scheduling building inspections on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, based on the order of requests submitted through our online building inspection request form. We kindly request that you do not call our office. Our team will reach out to you on or after Monday, January 5, 2026, to confirm the date and time for your inspection.
