Notice of Labour Day holiday office closure

Our Administration Office (1024 Hurlwood Lane, Severn) will be closed on Monday, September 7, for the Labour Day holiday. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, at 8:30 a.m.

You can visit our Administration Office during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. for in-person assistance.

• file an online by-law complaint (noise, parking, etc.)
• purchase your annual fire permit
• view our Recreation Guide and register for our Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 recreation programs
• sign-up for your eServices account to easily view, pay, and manage your property tax or water and sewer bills
• view the Official List of Candidates for the Municipal Election and confirm you are on the voters list
• submit a service request (road repair, localized flooding, or other service request)
• subscribe to our news or Council and Committee updates
