Notice of office closure on Monday, October 13
Our Administration Office (1024 Hurlwood Lane, Severn) and facilities will be closed on Monday, October 13 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, October 14 at 8:30 a.m.
You can visit our Administration Office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.) for in-person service.
A reminder that property tax bill instalments are due Wednesday, October 8, and water and sewer bills were issued Monday, October 6 with a deadline of October 31. To receive your bills by email and to simplify your payment process, we encourage you to register for eServices.
Due to the recent strike action by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, mail service will be disrupted. Please remember, all penalties, interest, and fines still apply, and we can't make exceptions for late payments sent through the mail or those that are delayed due to the postal strike.
