Update April 20, 2026: The road closure issued on April 14 has been lifted.

Burnside Line between Maple Valley Road to Jermey Road is closed due to flooding, effective immediately until further notice. Detour is via Carlyon Line.

localized flooding
debris in Township roads or in ditches
road repair
potholes

Safety reminders

Key flooding safety reminders include:

do not drive or walk through flooded areas
avoid bridges, shorelines, rivers, and streams where water is high and moving quickly
clear eavestroughs, downspouts, catch basins, and drains to help water flow away from your home
make sure storm sewers and culverts near your property are free of leaves, debris, ice, and garbage
if your home or business has flooded, watch for electrical hazards, gas leaks, and sewage concerns
