Fire Ban in effect

Effective August 7, the Fire Danger Rating in Severn is set to Extreme and the Township has issued a municipal-wide Fire Ban. With the Fire Ban in place, no burning of any kind is permitted. Fireworks are not allowed.

Notice of road closures for Coldwater BIA events on August 15 and 16

August 12, 2025

Coldwater Road (Mill Street to Sturgeon Bay Road) and Mill Street (Eplett Street to Coldwater Road) will be closed on:

  1. Friday, August 15, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for The Magical World of Faeries event
  2. Saturday, August 16, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for The Magical World of Witchcraft and Wizardry event
