Severn invites residents to public meeting on short-term rentals April 30

Township of Severn is inviting residents to attend a public meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to learn more about potential licencing and enforcement options for short-term rental accommodations in Severn. The meeting will take place at the Township's Administration Office, 1024 Hurlwood Lane.

Severn does not currently licence short-term rental accommodations. The April 30 meeting is intended to gather community input as Council considers how best to address short-term rentals in Severn. 

Residents are welcome to attend attend virtually or in-person. Registration is not required for in-person attendance. Those who would like to participate virtually must register in advance by emailing the Customer Care Team at customercare@severn.ca or by calling 705-325-2315.
