Water bills have been issued and are due by April 30

Township of Severn is committed to delivering safe drinking water and effective wastewater management while ensuring that your user fees and tax dollars are spent wisely. 

User rates and billing cycle

Water and wastewater (sewer) bills were issued to customers in March with a payment due date of April 30. This first bill of the year reflects the 2026 water and wastewater user rates. 

To view the rates for Bass Lake Woodlands, Coldwater, Sandcastle Estates, Severn Estates, Washago, and Westshore, please visit our Water and Sewer Services page.  

Severn's billing occurs quarterly (four times per year), with due dates of: 

  • January 31
  • April 30
  • July 31
  • October 31

Our new online eServices portal allows you to view, pay, and manage your water, sewer and tax bills on one easy online dashboard. You will find detailed instructions on how to register for your eServices account on the back of your water and sewer bill. There is a unique sign-up key and customer code that you will need to enter to create your account.

The Severn Bulletin is our bi-monthly newsletter that provides important information for our community.
