Water meter readings start February 23
Water meter readings will begin the week of February 23 and are expected to be completed by March 6.
Water and wastewater bills are issued quarterly for residential, multi-residential, and commercial accounts.
Bills are due on:
- January 31
- April 30
- July 31
- October 31
Reminders
Our Water and Wastewater staff will be clearly identified.
They will not need to enter your home unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Please make sure there is a clear path to the remote reading device for your water meter. Keeping a path clear of snow, ice, and other obstacles ensures that our meter reader can get to your reading device safely to get consistent water readings.
The reading device for your water meter is a small black touchpad (the size of a cell phone), typically located on the front exterior of your home, and connected by a wire to your water meter inside your house. The word Sensus is embossed on the front of the touchpad.
