Bayou Road reconstruction progressing

Work is progressing on the reconstruction of Bayou Road from Highway 11 to Hedgemere Landing. The project includes road reconstruction, sidewalks, drainage improvements, streetlighting, and new pavement markings.

Daytime single-lane restrictions and temporary driveway access impacts may occur. Affected residents will be notified in advance. Waste, recycling and organics collection will continue as usual.

Limited parking at Hedgemere Landing Boat Launch

Construction has reduced access and parking capacity at the Hedgemere Landing Boat Launch. Parking will remain very limited until the project is completed this fall.

Boaters are encouraged to plan ahead and consider using the Quetton Street Boat Launch and Dock on Quetton Street in Washago beside the Washago Centennial Park.
