Interim tax bills were mailed on January 28, and taxes are due in two instalments, March 8 and May 8.
Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
If you have activated your eServices account, you would have received an email notification that your tax bill is ready to view. For information on creating your online account to easily view, manage, and pay your property tax bills, visit our eServices page.
Simplify your tax bill payments and complete our online pre-authorized payment plan (PAP) form that allows you to set up automatic withdrawals from your account to pay your property taxes. If you are registered for our PAP, you can view your payment amounts on eServices or on the copy of your tax bill. A reminder that when withdrawal dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the scheduled withdrawals will occur the next business day.
If we don't receive your property tax payment by the due date, a late payment penalty of 1.25% will be issued on the day following the due date. An additional 1.25% will be charged each month that your property taxes remain unpaid.
Please ensure your mailing information is up to date. Property owners are responsible for payment even if a tax bill is not received. If you have not received your tax bill, contact our Customer Care Team.
