Fire Danger Rating is MODERATE

Effective Tuesday, July 21, the Township of Severn has changed the Fire Danger Rating to MODERATE. Burning is permitted, but please burn with caution. Never leave a fire unattended. View the notice.

Limited parking at Hedgemere Landing Boat Launch

The Bayou Road reconstruction project has reduced access and parking capacity at the Hedgemere Landing Boat Launch. Parking will remain very limited until the project is completed this fall.

Boaters are encouraged to plan ahead and consider using the Quetton Street Boat Launch and Dock, located at 3420 Quetton Street in Washago.

Thank you for your patience as this important project is underway.

Notice of road closures for Coldwater BIA Magical World of Faeries event on August 15

Coldwater Road (Mill Street to Sturgeon Bay Road) and Mill Street (Eplett Street to Coldwater Road) will be closed on Friday, August 15, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for The Magical World of Faeries event.

Detour via Detour via Michael Anne Drive or open connections to Sturgeon Bay Road and Coldwater Road south of the closure.

Parking reminder

Vehicles parked in non-permitted areas will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

Please abide by parking and traffic control signs, and do not park on Firehall Lane or in the parking lot of Fire Station 3 located at 1 Firehall Lane. Every second counts in an emergency, and if vehicles are blocking the entry or exit to the Fire Station, this could affect response times.
