Summer Day Camp registration opens March 30 at noon

Severn is reminding residents that registration for Summer Day Camps opens on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Families can begin viewing program information starting Monday, March 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., so they can review options before registration opens.

Severn’s 2026 Summer Day Camp season will offer full-week summer programming for children ages 4 to 11, with camps running Monday to Friday from June 29 to August 28 in Coldwater and Washago. Camp options include Adventurers in Washago, Little Explorers in Coldwater for ages 4 to 6, and Trailblazers in Coldwater for ages 7 to 11.

Camp programming runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with optional before care from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Each day includes high-energy games and activities, outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, STEM and exploratory programming, camp-wide games, team challenges, and supervised free time before pick-up.

Weekly camp fees are $140 for five-day weeks, with $112 pricing for four-day weeks in Week 1 and Week 6. Morning before care costs $25 per week, or $20 during four-day weeks. Camps are offered on a full-week basis only.

Registration will be completed online using UniverusRec. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to create or review their accounts before registration day as spaces may fill quickly. Residents who need assistance should contact the Township in advance.
