Event permits

Depending on the size and scope of your event, you may need a permit or licence. This could include tent permits, road closure permits, liquor licences and lottery licences. Make sure that you review our permits well in advance of your scheduled event.

Community grant program

Severn is committed to supporting various community organizations and other groups in the municipality, as they provide important programs, activities, services, and events for residents. By providing grants, Council can enable community organizations to fundraise, leverage other funding, and support important volunteer contributions. See if your event qualifies and learn how to apply.
