Description
Our Coffee and Company program is a free weekly drop-in session for older adults (55+) at the Washago Community Centre (4361 Hamilton Street).
Attendees can enjoy a warm drink and a chance to socialize, while forging new friendships and engaging with others who share their interests.
Guest speakers will be scheduled monthly covering topics regarding mental, physical, and emotional well-being and safety for older adults.
