Thanksgiving holiday office closure
Our office and facilities will be closed on Monday, October 13, for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, October 14, at 8:30 a.m. View the notice for more information and a list of online services.
Important Billing Notice
Account numbers were changed in 2024 as we upgraded to a new financial system. If you pay your water/sewer bill or your tax bill at your bank, whether in person, using online apps, or at a bank machine, please update your account numbers. Payments made with the old account numbers will incur a $10 administrative fee. Visit our Paying Your Bill page for more information.

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has declared a nationwide strike. Please remember, even during mail disruptions, all penalties, interest, or fines remain in effect. We are unable to make exceptions for late payments. You can easily view and manage your water, sewer, and tax bill payments through our eServices platform at: eservices.severn.ca. The road closures for Hampshire Mills Line (from Maple Valley Road to Cambrian Road) and Burnside Line (Maple Valley Road to Jeremy Road) have been lifted.

Hampshire Mills Line (Maple Valley Road to Cambrian Road) has been closed as of 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 17 due to flooding. This closure will remain in effect until further notice.
The road closure issued on March 13 for Wilson Point Road (Drinkwater Drive to Wilson Point Road South) has been lifted as of March 27.
Coldwater Road to Mill Street in Coldwater will be closed on Monday, March 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the Coldwater Legion St. Patrick's Day parade.
