Thank you for a fantastic first season of Severn Summer Day Camps

With support from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Township of Severn launched its first-ever summer day camp program in Coldwater and Washago, welcoming more than 150 campers for weeks filled with fun, friendship, and adventure. Campers enjoyed water days, costumes, crafts, games, and special activities, along with exciting visits from Severn Fire and Emergency Services, the OPP Marine Search Unit, and Scales Nature Park.

This new program helped create meaningful summer employment and training opportunities for local residents and young people, while giving children safe, active, and memorable camp experiences close to home. Thank you to our campers, families, staff, special guests, and the Ontario Trillium Foundation for helping make our first season such a success. Visit our Day Camps page for program information and future updates.
