Water and sewer bills issued

Water and sewer bills will arrive this week with a new E-Services option

The launch of the new E-Services portal will be multi-phased. Phase 1 involves the registration of new users and the transition of account information to the custom E-Services portal.

Once complete, our E-Services portal will bring important information directly to you wherever and whenever you need it. Online payment options are not yet activated, but by registering for an E-Services account, you’ll be notified as soon as the online billing and payment options for water, sewer, and tax bills are available, as well as the many more modernizing features.

Thank you for your patience as we complete the transition to this new and improved system.

Due dates

Water and sewer bills are due on April 30. If you don't receive your water and sewer bill this week, please contact us and we can help.

How to register for an E-Services account

You will find detailed instructions on how to register for your E-Services account on the back of your April 2024 water and sewer bill. There is a unique sign-up key and customer code that all new users will need to enter to create an account.

Important correction

We have received some feedback from customers who pay their water and sewer bill online or by telephone banking that the new Utilcode (found on the top right of your recent April 2024 bill above your address) is not being accepted at their bank/financial institution.

After investigation, there will be a delay as our financial institution completes the transfer of all customer accounts to our new Utilcode account number system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

As a result, please continue to use your previous account number (the account number on the left from any bill received before April 2024) for any online or telephone banking payments. Other payment options are not affected, and you can continue to use these methods as you would have for previous payments (in-person at our Administration Office, by mail, or in-person at your bank with a copy of your bill).
