Due dates

Interim tax bills have been mailed and the instalment due dates are March 8 and May 8.   

More than 8,500 properties in our community receive interim tax bills. If we don't receive your property tax payment by the due date, a late payment penalty of 1.25% will be applied on the day after the due date. An additional 1.25% interest will be charged on the first day of each month that you fail to pay your property taxes.

Our Administration Office and facilities will be closed on Monday, October 10 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, October 11 at 8:30 a.m.
